All purchases made through DiscountIF are linked to an 'event'. An event can be anything from a TV Show (X Factor) to Politics (Government Elections) to a Sporting Event (Football, Tennis, Golf) to Weather (Forecasts).

1. Chelsea win the Premier League, you receive your cashback

If you receive cashback we will deposit the money directly into your DiscountIF account. If you have funds in your account, or you have just received cashback and wish to withdraw these funds simply visit your 'Account' section and click the 'Payouts' tab. This screen will allow you to withdraw money from your account by choosing your card and selecting the amount you wish to withdraw. For security reasons please note that you can only withdraw money using the same card that you have used to purchase your promotion.

If you wish to change your password, once logged in visit the your 'Account' section and click on 'Details'. Once here you may change your password by clicking on 'Change Password'. If you've won cashback, first of all congratulations! How good does that feel? All relevant funds are deposited in your DiscountIF account 30 days after the event has been settled. From here you can then choose to withdraw your balance or use it to make further purchases. It's entirely up to you!
Yes! Once your event is settled your account will be topped up with your Cashback earnings. You are then free to use your cashback on other products or withdraw it to your selected credit or debit card. It's up to you; the power is in your hands!

Pasting a product URL could result in errors IF:

2. The product you submitted is low in stock or out of stock.
3. The price of the product is over £1,000. For the time being we are only accepting products under £1000; however if you feel we're being cheeky, just get in touch and we'll see what we can do!
No. We need to know which product you would like to purchase only to begin calculating your potential cashback earnings based on the event you select in the next step of the process. Payment is only confirmed when you input your card details and click confirm on the payment page.
The events are displayed to you in real time, so we've set a timer of 10 minutes to build your offer to give you the most recent available events and cashback offers. As a result when building your 'cashback offer', once you select your preferred event, the timer will start and you will have 10 minutes to complete your order.
Our suppliers sell their items through many channels at any one time, thus they may have their products listed on Amazon.co.uk, Ebay.co.uk or any other marketplace. As a result we may allow you to create an offer for an item we believe is in stock while the supplier may have run out of stock already. We do our utmost to make sure this doesn't happen, however sadly it may happen! As a result your purchase will only be confirmed when you receive a confirmation email that your product was dispatched.
The payment provider, PayPoint, used by DiscountIF is secure so you can safely input your card details to complete your transaction. We currently accept the following methods of payment: VISA, VISA Debit and VISA Electron. However we are looking to increase our accepted methods of payment in the coming months.
Our current suppliers only to ship to the UK; till then we've linked with MaltaPost - SendOn so you can easily also ship to Malta. We've provided some additional guidelines below to assist you with the process of ordering and getting great discounts through DiscountIF.
You may cancel your order at any time, as long as it is still within 30 days of your purchase. Once you cancel your order a refund will be issued in your DiscountIF account; you are then free to withdraw your funds or continue shopping. However should the customer cancel their order after their event has lost on multiple occasions then their behaviour may be seen as abusive. This will result in the customer being immediately banned from future purchases on DiscountIF.com.
DiscountIF is not a direct retailer. Our website allows us to offer our customer the best deal on a product by searching the products offered by a range of suppliers and retailers. As a result when customers contact us for dealing with returns we shall make reference to the Returns Policy of the specific supplier who supplied the product. Once the items have been returned successfully, your refund will be issued in your DiscountIF account; you are then free to withdraw your funds or continue shopping.
In order to ship your product to Malta you will first have to ship your order to a UK address. There are various providers such as MaltaPost-SendOn or ShipLowCost.
We have provided a list of guidelines for MaltaPost-SendOn to help make the process as smooth as possible:
1. To get started go to MaltaPost - SendOn's website and create an account.
2. You will be provided with a choice of two UK addresses; a Standard and Express UK address.
3. When inputting your address on DiscountIF during the purchasing process, please input the UK address provided by MaltaPost - SendOn.
4. DiscountIF will ship your product to the MaltaPost - SendOn UK address you provide; MaltaPost - SendOn will then ship your product to you directly.
At the moment our delivery service is only available to UK addresses. As a result in order to ship your product to Malta you will first need to set up an account with MaltaPost - SendOn to get your product delivered to the UK address they provide you with.
DiscountIF's delivery to MaltaPost - SendOn may range from 2-5 working days. Delivery from MaltaPost - SendOn to your personal home/office address may range from 4-7 working days. As a result you have a total waiting time of 9-12 working days till you receive your order.
